Sonicontrol is a product which evaluates the preformance of Ultrasonic Washer Machines. It gives instant results thanks to color change. It changes from green to yellow. If there is no color change, it indicates that there is a problem in the washing device. The liquid inside the tubes shows that the machine is working successfully. The final control color change occurs with the energy given by the ultrasonic device.

RELATED STANDARDS: 4A Medical Soni Control is under the scope of ISO 13485 and 9001 standards.

INTENDED USE: Sonicontrol product is used for testing sonication performance of ultrasonic washers. This product contains pH sensitive indicator materials which change its color according to changing pH conditions during sonication process.

OPERATION CONDITIONS: The amounts of indicator substances were carefully adjusted at desired level to make color change significant during the process. Depending on the temperature and environmental conditions, pH of the solution can shift a little bit and therefore small color changes (oscillations) between green and blue starting colors will be able to occur in solution at these amount levels for indicator materials. However this situation cannot affect performance of the product.

STORAGE AND DISPOSAL: Store at temperatures between 2-25°C. Do not freeze. Keep away from light, heat and chemicals.
