Steam Chemical Indicators are the products that are put into each sterilization package and that indicate success of the sterilization. Type 6 Steam Chemical Indicators are cycle verification indicators that confirm the presence or absence of specific time, temperature and pressure parameters during a cycle. Type 6 Steam Chemical Indicator 3,5 minutes operates up to 15 minutes at 121°C or up to 3,5 minutes at 134°C. Type 6 Steam Chemical Indicator 7 minutes operates up to 20 minutes at 121°C and up to 7 minutes at 134°C. We have the following Type 6 Steam Chemical Indicator types: Besides standart Type 6 Steam Chemical Indicator 3,5 minutes we have Self – Adhesive Type 6 Steam Chemical Indicator 3,5 minutes and Perforated Type 6 Steam Chemical Indicator 3,5 minutes. Besides standart Type 6 Steam Chemical Indicator 7 minutes we have Self – Adhesive Type 6 Steam Chemical Indicator 7 minutes and Perforated Type 6 Steam Chemical Indicator 7 minutes.

Type 5 Chemical Indicators are cycle verification indicators that confirm the presence or absence of specific time and temperature parameters during a cycle. The products allow the end user to identify incorrect packaging, load problems and sterilization failures. 4A Type 5 Chemical Indicators are designed to operate at steam cycle 121°C and 134ºC operation conditions. Besides standard Type 5 Steam Chemical Indicator we also have Self Adhesive Type 5 Steam Chemical Indicator with self adhesive feature on the back for easier documentation.

Type 5 Chemical Integrators are the indicators which give proximate result to the biological indicator and they operate in direct proportion to biological death. This product that is used in a package during steam sterilization process consists of the chemical mixture which is on the part of the acceptance area if the sterilization is successful and on the part of reject area if the sterilization fails. There is no reference color in integrators, and the results can be interpreted according to the mixture migrating through the window.
