Der verarbeitete biologische Indikator und der als positive Kontrolle verwendete Indikator werden maximal 48 Stunden bei 37\u00a0+\/-2\u00a0\u00b0C inkubiert. Die Kontrolle sollte in angemessenen Abst\u00e4nden von 10 Stunden erfolgen.
